How did you guys make out? I got the following gifts:
- Calendar with Penguins on it
- "Planet Earth" HD DVD
- A huge Lego skeleton ship
- A small Lego Tie fighter Keychain
- Paparazzi action figure set
- Large, glow-in-the-dark, rubbery brain
- "Alice in Wonderland" DVD - The 1980s tacky TV version (was on my wish list)
- Game Warzone 2100 (well, a gift to myself, it's free and fun - http://wz2100.net )
- An 8-ball that talks like Stewie Griffin from "Family Guy."
- Assorted books from my Amazon.com wish list
- Gift card to Sears (I am going to get a circular saw)
- An OLPC, which was sort of a combo birthday/Christmas self-gift and a donation to a worthy cause... not that I got mine yet...

that OLPC program looks incredible and the laptop looks wonderful - makes me wish I had some money to work with - that is a spiff way to help out and get a bit of fun as well!
i got a pair of penguin pjs
hot fuzz, die hard, earth vs the flying saucers on dvd
guitar hero one game (which is kicking my butt)
