| Man, I hurt all over |

I don't know what's wrong with me. I think it's my arthritis and the various pressure systems moving through. My joints are sore and stiff, my muscles ache, and I feel the need to either walk around a lot or sleep.
Part of me thinks it's because I stopped eating properly in Vegas. I gave it my best shot, but it's so hard when you're tied to everyone else's schedules, and much of that involves eating with them. The jet lag didn't help, although I got adjusted to the time there FAR quicker than I did coming back. My body doesn't want to do 3 big meals a day (or, as it ended up, usually only 2). It wants to do the eat a little all day with no real meal. I got used to that. I did go food shopping the night I got there, but that just ended up being supplements to the binging. :( |

Arthritis pain is often triggered by overdoing it, and pressure changes, and sometimes it feels better if you move around a little. (I only have "fake" arthritis, but I get Arthritis Today magazine, which isn't bad at all.)
