My work is looking for a Network Admin

They promoted our Network guru at our job, and so we're looking around for his replacement. I know some of you have some Cisco training. You'd work under a guy named Eric, who has very dry wit, but knows his shit like nobody's business, so if you don't take him personally and can roll with the punches, this is a good position (FWIW, I like him). Not an entry position. NO idea about pay. Area is Silver Spring, MD.

The qualified individual will be required to have at least 2 years hands-on experience with the following technologies/protocols/equipment:

- Dynamic routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/IS-IS/etc.)
- Cisco and/or Juniper core routing equipment
- Cisco switching equipment (CatOS and IOS)
- IP Subnetting
- Network design and implementation
- MPLS and layer 2/3 VPN experience is a definite plus.

E-mail me at my punkwalrus yahoo account if you or someone you know and trust are interested with any relevant resume. Slackers need not apply. We need someone GOOD here.
