Stalking Punkie's Thoughts
My latest brain droppings

  • 07:31 @Kaiotte staff requests? #
  • 07:31 I can't express how crappy it's been since yesterday morning. #
  • 08:05 Hey alright, back in five... It's a mine... #
  • 13:26 The sky just got really dark. Great, just my luck: giant UFO hovers over DC, and I can't see a damn thing because of cloud cover! #
  • 13:44 Sky got light again. Damn, I always miss an eclipse or giant UFOs because of the stupid weather. #
  • 14:57 I hate finding sites that have "Linux commands" or "Linux cheat sheets" when they are really bash or c shell commands. Linux is a KERNEL... #
  • 16:19 RT @sspenguin rethinking this whole "eat ice cream despite lactose intolerance" strategy. #
  • 17:05 The humidity in Silver Spring is stifling... #
  • 17:07 Debating on whether to upgrade to the new iPhone OS 3.0 before or after AMA... #
  • 19:34 Fighting my S.A.D. with a light box. Normally, this doesn't happen this time of year, but it's been WEEKS with little sun, here. #
  • 21:06 Man, this day keeps getting worse by the hour. There's a certain tipping point when you wonder about Karma or being cursed: I am there. #
  • 22:07 When I look at the adult faces of people I knew as kids, I still see the kid face. Man, I am so sorry, ya'll. #

Do the cheat sheets only list shell builtins? Builtins are the only true "bash" or "csh" commands; everything else is shell-independent. Admittedly, most are also kernel-independent (or mostly so).
